Synopsis

Section titled “Synopsis”

Without a subcommand, billing summarizes the org’s BillingAccount: what is available to spend, what open holds reserve, spend this month against the fullest budget, and auto-recharge. Billing changes need the billing:write scope (Owners and Admins).
