Webhooks for top-ups, refunds, auto-recharge and disputes
Tools that keep a balance funded can now react to every payment. A completed top-up sends topup.succeeded, a
failed payment topup.failed, and a refund topup.refunded. Auto-recharge sends billing.auto_recharge_succeeded
or billing.auto_recharge_failed, and a disputed payment sends billing.dispute_opened and later
billing.dispute_closed. Each also shows in nodus get events.
