Isolated training runtime publication
Training runtime publication can now select the six non-RL trainers and benchmark evaluation while preserving the recorded digests of other catalog images. New image digests must pass release signature verification before their tags advance. This delivery change does not establish live GPU or cross-provider training qualification.
