A Job that lists a WandB Connection with wandb.live: true in spec.connections gets WANDB_API_KEY,
WANDB_ENTITY, WANDB_PROJECT, WANDB_RUN_GROUP, WANDB_NAME and WANDB_RUN_ID, so wandb.init() needs no
arguments. Each index logs to one run, and a restart after lost capacity resumes that run.
A Job with one index shows its W&B run page in status.links; an Indexed Job’s runs share WANDB_RUN_GROUP.
Every Connection a Job lists adds its verified hosts to an AllowList egress policy.
A Job that names a missing or unverified Connection runs without it and gets a ConnectionNotReady Event.
