A run with network.egress.policy: Open, the default for Jobs, TrainingJobs and Workspaces, could fail with
Temporary failure in name resolution on some machines, because a firewall already on the machine dropped the
run’s traffic. Open egress now works on every machine, with the same limits as before: private, link-local and
metadata addresses stay unreachable.
Benchmark evaluations (evaluate with parameters.tasks) download their datasets again instead of
failing with Couldn't reach ... on the Hub.
