Checkpoint cadence follows the capacity a Job runs on
A Job with recovery.continuity: Checkpointed used to checkpoint every 10 minutes wherever it ran. It now
checkpoints at the interval its placement was priced with: more often on capacity that is interrupted more,
less often when checkpoints are slow to write, at least four times in a run of known length, and never more
often than every 5 minutes or less often than every 2 hours. The estimate’s cost to completion assumes the same
interval. A Job that mounts a writable Volume keeps checkpointing every 10 minutes.
