Runs that fail because of Nodus are not charged for the failure
A run that fails because of Nodus, such as storage credentials Nodus could not issue, is no longer charged for
the teardown after the failure, or for any of its boot or restore not yet billed when it failed.
status.cost.bySegment.coveredByNodus names the segments Nodus paid for, and nodus describe shows them on the
cost line, for example $0.00 (covered by Nodus: restore, teardown). See
