One API for every kind
Every Nodus object now shares one API: create, get, list, watch, update, patch and delete with the same rules on
every kind, dry-runs with a cost estimate you can bind a launch to, safe retries through idempotency keys, and
errors that say what to do next. Kubernetes tools such as kubectl work against it. See
